Gifts Of The Process

Hello Friends! 

So much wonderfulness is happening in the studio lately, but I really want to share the most touching and gratifying thing!

The SoulCollage Workshop I hosted last weekend was so inspiring!

In the creative sense yes, but what really touched me was how brave the women that came were.

 How they shared so openly from the heart, allowing themselves to be vulnerable. 

They went deep below the surface and found truth, wisdom and  compassion for another.

This was such an honor to witness, the power of women coming together finding nourishment for the soul through the creative process.

The common theme that kept surfacing was that we as a collective wait for others to give us permission. Permission to play, to rest, to celebrate, to create, to be by ourselves.

We need to give ourselves permission! 

Permission to be tuned into what we need, want and feel...Nobody else can give us that. 

Slowing Down, Listening, Getting in touch with our inner truth & honoring it. This is the potent healing that creativity offers us. These are the gifts of the process 

It was a truly beautiful experience, my heart is so full of gratitude that I get to do this as my life's work! 

We ALL need to gather, to process, to share, to let whatever is inside of us come out!
